What do I actually do?

  • I help people make decisions
  • I help people understand what they want out of life
    I help people understand why they think and feel the way they do
  • I help people set goals and determine their values and identities
  • Above all, I listen to your issues and help you solve them

Technically, what I do is a blend of life coaching, and therapeutic counselling

What does this mean for the people I work with?

  • They feel happier and are more fulfilled
  • They communicate more effectively, creating better relationships at home and work
  • They are more successful and effective in all aspects of life
  • They have a greater sense of identity and more self-confidence

What I won’t do:

  • Patronise you or make value judgements
  • Promise what I can’t deliver
  • Give you all the answers - I will, however, help you decide what you want for yourself
  • Predict your future, cleanse your aura or rearrange your furniture

Why Me?

  • I take a pragmatic and realistic view on how the world works and have a practical commercial background that reinforces this. Before becoming a life coach, I ran a corporate communications company and worked as a marketing consultant. I graduated in Law from the University of Durham.
  • My approach to life coaching is similar to that of therapeutic counselling. This means I can help you understand why you do things, rather than just give you advice on what to do and how to do it.
  • I limit the number of clients I have to ensure everyone receives my full attention. I believe your happiness is crucial and not to be compromised. I respect and value you as a client, and as a human being, and I adhere strictly to my Code of Practice
  • I have an intuitive understanding of human behaviour and I am always looking to be challenged, improved and invigorated.
