Welcome
to Coaching 4 Teens. The world’s leading
Teen-Coaching organisation.
In
1995 I lead a 15-year-old from a police van to a prison cell.
A cell, where later that day, he would take his own life.
Luke was disengaged, de-motivated and apathetic about life.
He had no adult to guide or support him. He felt a failure.
I felt helpless and useless, unable to make a difference.
I spent the next nine years of my life dedicated to working
with young people to discover what made a successful teen.
I now deliver an international, twelve-week long programme
for teens, their parents and the adults in their lives.
This means that we train, consult and coach them in six key
strategies, which have been proven to create successful teens.
The benefits of this are enthusiastic, inspired and motivated
teens and parents who feel equipped and able to deal with
the turbulent teen years.

"Personally, nothing could keep me from the breakthroughs
I'm experiencing with my son. Most parents would paddle a
rowboat to China if they knew that help for their child lay
on the other side of this journey. That's what coaching is
- a journey!"
