I’m Beverly Ventura the founder of Partnership
for Growth which is dedicated to personal and professional
life coaching for women.
I
chose personal and professional life coaching as a second
career after a successful 15 years in business, where my last
position was as a Senior Vice President responsible for sales
and operations for a fortune 500 company. I was the first
female to “break the glass ceiling” at my company.
One day I remember looking around the executive conference
room and realizing there was a definite lack of female executives,
female role models and female mentors. I knew it was the same
in other companies as well. It was then that I decided to
start my own company dedicated to helping women achieve their
personal and professional goals and success.
I
left the corporate world behind and returned to college to
earn my Masters degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.
I have since started my own business and I am now a licensed
marriage, family therapist and life coach.
I have found that my strength is in using my success skills,
training and experience to work with women who want to improve
their people skills, whose careers are out of alignment with
their core values, who want to move up the corporate ladder
but need a mentor, or women who are faced with difficult personal
or professional decisions and life transitions.
Together in a co-operative partnership we focus on what works
in your life and to change what doesn’t work. I encourage
my clients to let go of the past, focus on the future and
on the multitude of possibilities based on their core values,
their personality type and desired lifestyle. Together we
design a plan and set goals which allows you the client to
turn your dreams of today into tomorrows reality. I encourage
my clients to explore all options and support them in making
decisions that reinforce growth, self-awareness and fulfillment.
